Merchant Facilities And Other Pricing Variables
• Pricing as shown is based on having a Merchant Facility purchased through AAkonsult Pty Ltd.
If you already have a Windcave Account, please contact us for the applicable pricing option.
• A merchant facility needs to be setup with your bank account and at our end with the Payment Gateway provider.
Banks provide Merchant Facilities for Visa/Mastercard. If you require American Express and Diners Club, you will need more Merchant Facilities (different organisations).
• Should your bank require 3D Secure services, please let us know before placing the order.
• If you already have an existing Windcave or EziDebit account, please contact us for the applicable pricing option.
We strive to keep our pricing reasonable and accessible, and we encourage Nonprofits to enable the "Cover Transaction Fee" option on their payment forms. This option allows you to recover most of the fees paid to Payments2Us, making our services even more cost-effective or free. Unlike our competitors, any additional amount covered by the donor goes directly to the nonprofit, not to us.
