  • What are the payment
    processing fees with Payments2Us?

    Payment processing fees vary depending on the payment gateway you choose to integrate with Payments2Us. We provide a list of compatible gateways and their respective fees, allowing you to select the most cost-effective option for your organisation. To view payment gateway-specific pricing, please select the appropriate payment gateway option from the drop-down menu above. The current pricing displayed is for Ezidebit.

    Merchant Facilities And Other Pricing Variables

    • Pricing as shown is based on having a Merchant Facility purchased through AAkonsult Pty Ltd. If you already have a Windcave Account, please contact us for the applicable pricing option.

    • A merchant facility needs to be setup with your bank account and at our end with the Payment Gateway provider.

    Banks provide Merchant Facilities for Visa/Mastercard. If you require American Express and Diners Club, you will need more Merchant Facilities (different organisations).

    • Should your bank require 3D Secure services, please let us know before placing the order.

    • If you already have an existing Windcave or EziDebit account, please contact us for the applicable pricing option.

  • Can Payments2us pricing be customised for large organisations?

    We strive to keep our pricing reasonable and accessible, and we encourage Nonprofits to enable the "Cover Transaction Fee" option on their payment forms. This option allows you to recover most of the fees paid to Payments2Us, making our services even more cost-effective or free. Unlike our competitors, any additional amount covered by the donor goes directly to the nonprofit, not to us.

    If your organisation’s transaction volume is significant or if you have unique requirements, we are happy to discuss custom pricing options tailored to your needs. Our sales team will work closely with you to understand your goals and design a plan that fits your budget and operational needs.

  • What Support Options Are Available with Payments2Us?

    Payments2Us provides a range of support options to meet your needs. We offer free resources, including an extensive knowledge base and a community group. Our Knowledge Base is extremely comprehensive, providing detailed guides, troubleshooting steps, and resources to help you use Payments2Us efficiently.
